United Maryland Muslim Council (UMMC)  is a non-profit, dedicated to promoting the interest and involvement of Muslims in the civic engagement process in the Great State of Maryland. UMMC is committed to supporting, sponsoring, and participating in activities in the common interest of Muslims and the citizens of Maryland.

Muslims in Maryland are Over 350,000 from 60 different countries. 65% are immigrants 35% are indigenous To promote local activities in other Counties and Cities of Maryland. Coordinate programs at State level Promote Muslim interests at State and local level Promote Muslim business interest Coordinate charitable and disaster relief activities at the State Level Organize political, social and business activities at the State level
